Job Description

Beginning in 2006, Empire South Realty Advisors, LLC (ESRA) has been involved in over 1,900 Real Estate Transactions in seven southeastern states. Empire South Realty Advisors develops strategic partnerships with land owners, developers, and brokerage houses throughout the Southeast. We have a proven performance in marketing and selling real estate in multiple states, in both up and down markets. Over the past ten years, our team of Brokers, Agents, and Staff has marketed and sold properties in the mountains of North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, as well as the lake country of Georgia, Alabama, and Kentucky, and the coast of South Carolina and Florida. The firm’s niche market and expertise has been in development, commercial, and timberland. We also have experience and knowledge in recreational and income-producing properties. Currently, we are seeking an experienced professional sales representative who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and truly passionate in regard to sales and customer service. As a sales representative for ESRA, you will schedule appointments, and take calls from potential clients and customers. The ideal candidate will perform many essential tasks and duties to ensure that the communication with customers and clients is efficient and effective.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate via phone and email with customers and clients. Answer questions about properties, prices, and all other relevant information.
  • Emphasize property features, based on analysis of customers’ needs and knowledge of property capabilities and limitations.
  • Use
    CRM effectively to maintain customer/client records.
  • Prepare sales and listing contracts.
  • Select the correct properties, or assist customers, in selecting the correct property, based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as contact information and preferred method of contact.
  • Job Responsibilities

  • The ability to multi-task with multiple computer programs, phone
    conversations, and in-person interaction

  • Be proficient with all aspects of technology, communication, and computer systems.
  • Be professional at all times.
  • Possess at least two years of office experience.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of ESRA properties in multiple markets.
  • Be conscientious in regard to your customer’s needs and always be
    able to help.

  • Be an effective communicator by listening to your customer’s needs and
    finding a resolution to their requests.

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – to communicate important information about properties and listings or critical information regarding loan packages, surveys, appraisals, rezoning processes, or closings.
